Zend\Permission\Rbac

I've submitted an RFC (http://framework.zend.com/wiki/display/ZFDEV2/RFC+-+Zend_Permission_Rbac) and I'd like your feedback on my RBAC component. If possible, I'd like to get it implemented for 2.1.
