Hi
We are running an API between our stock inventory system to Magento. Query is being running from server in Cape Town to a server in Johannesburg where the web service database is sitting. The API works occasionally, but mostly it doesn't. Apologies for the stupid questions as I am not an IT person or a programmer, but can you clarify why 1) the server would take too long to respond and 2) what is the client connection and how can a bad or misconfigured connection be fixed? Thanks Teresa |
