Mailing list and gmail

cyberlot
Ok so I use gmail to handle my cyberlot.net email and I have some aliases including the user lists

It seems when I send an email to the list gmail adds a Sender: mainaccount@cyberlot.net to the emails and the mailing lists chokes on them because lists is the user subscribed.

Anyone know a way around this?

Maybe you should supply headers so people see what you are talking about.

Re: Mailing list and gmail

I did supply the relavent header

Sender: mainaccount@cyberlot.net

That header is added to all my outgoing emails even if I am using my lists alias

Ok, I overread that and also didn't see that because you used nabble, right?

Afaik mailman appends this header to each message and at some time it
even duplicated the header if it was already set and maybe that is
what happens here? The duplicated header is an RFC violation, but I am
not so sure if e.g. someone fixed mailman yet so the Zendians could
update or what is to be done here.
