Documentation Spam

I was told in #zftalk to subscribe to this mailing list and let everyone
know about the spam going on in the Programmer's Reference Guide.

Example: http://framework.zend.com/manual/en/zend.mail.html

I would be glad to remove the spam given information on how to do so.
Otherwise, would someone else be able to fix this?

We're actually working on a solution currently, and you should see the
levels start to decrease dramatically in the coming days.
