0.1.5 planning for July 6

For issues you want to resolve for 0.1.5 (next week branch on July 6, release on 7th) please edit the issues in the tracker and set the Fix Version to 0.1.5.  Or for those that you do not want to work on for that release but are already assigned to it, remove the Fix Version or set to a later version.  Please do this by the end of the week so we can track the progress.

0.1.5 is for bug fixing catch-up, doc catch-up, unit testing catch-up.  Other than for RewriteRouter which may have additional changes as it targets moving from incubator to core.

Please only commit to what you feel can safely be done.  And throughout the week if that commitment changes, just update the issues as early as possible to signal a different intent.

Short time frame to 0.1.5, so if you have issues as a developer that you feel need resolved for 0.1.5, edit them and set the Fix Version to 0.1.5 so that we can see what the scope of the release will be.  Otherwise, we are looking to improve unit tests, documentation and get the new RewriteRouter into core with good docs, and translations for the Cache and Config components.
